Ally Pierce is a dedicated real estate professional committed to personal and professional growth with an outstanding track record of success. She grew up in Collierville and lived in a couple of different neighborhoods in Midtown, including the prestigious Chickasaw Gardens neighborhood, while attending University of Memphis after completing high school at the age of 16. In college, she studied Marketing and Accounting, volunteered with multiple philanthropies, and excelled in leadership roles within her sorority.
Ally then realized that the path to helping the most amount of people possible was through business and her real estate journey began. Ally found a passion in serving others through the world of real estate. She is truly passionate about helping her clients reach their goals and absolutely loves a challenge. Ally almost never loses a multiple offer situation and has found numerous off market properties for her clients in a low inventory market.
Many of her seller clients enjoy receiving multiple offers on their homes which often include offers over the appraised value while the majority of her buyer clients have purchased homes below the appraised value in a market where that is rare. Obviously, no guarantees can be made regarding the appraised value and the outcome of a multiple offer situation, however, Ally has a record of success that she attributes to the other amazing Memphis agents she works with and her many business coaches throughout her career teaching negotiation and business operations.
Ally has helped high profile clients including Iberia Bank, First Horizon, professional athletes, authors, musicians, and several Memphis Grizzlies staff members. She's also succeeded at helping many first time home buyers in an extremely competitive market win offers without paying over the appraised value and in some cases, with the sellers covering their closing costs. Ally also works with wonderful local lenders with great loan programs.
